At ONFIA, we are committed to delivering your activewear with care and efficiency. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for all orders placed through our official website. By purchasing from ONFIA, you agree to the guidelines below regarding processing, shipping methods, delivery times, and related procedures.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate in the courier’s system.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
ONFIA partners with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Standard shipping is available for all domestic orders within the United States. Estimated delivery times vary between 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Weather delays, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect your delivery. ONFIA is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Shipping Address Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. ONFIA is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, ONFIA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. If your package does not arrive as expected, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. Our team will do our best to support you in locating your package, but the final responsibility rests with the carrier.
Order Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment. Tracking details are sent via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow time for updates to appear in the system.
